There is a swish new opening on the waterfront, and the Rosewood Hong Kong is already hosting some of the season’s biggest parties. Maybe it’s the location of the hotel, up a 65-storey tower that dwarfs the other boltholes around, or maybe it’s the Tony Chi-designed lobby with its gleaming marble, sconces and abstract canvases, but there is a captivating feel to this Rosewood property that Hong Kong's glittery jet set can’t get enough of. Art is also a focal point, with Damien Hirst installations in the tea salon, a life-size sculpture of an elephant off the lobby and paintings of Hong Kong’s cityscape in every room. #awesomepic
