Introducing Shuichun River Rafting

Shuichun River, part of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, is the most beautiful section of Zhangjiang River. It is named after Shuichun Village, an ancient village of the Buyi people, and has become one of the famous rafting attractions in Guizhou.

The Shuichun River originates from the primeval forest of Yueliang Mountain and flows westward through Libo County. The Shuichun River is composed of 29 unique canyon landscapes, including dangerous peaks, cliffs, caves, beaches, rapids, slow streams, and dense forests.

The steep peaks on both sides stand tall and graceful, delicate and exquisite. The banks are dotted with ancient trees and a variety of flowers. From the beginning to the end of the Xiaochun River section, the drop is over 100 meters. The clear water flows , sometimes as soft as a veil, sometimes as calm as a calm pond, sometimes as fast as an arrow, sometimes as cascading as a waterfall.

Rafting is thrilling and safe. The upper reaches of the river are as smooth as a mirror, tranquil and peaceful, and paddling on it feels like sailing in a painting. The lower reaches of the river, however, are a dramatic departure from their tranquility , like a raging beast careening through the mountains and canyons. The rubber boats traverse the Shuichun River's nine rapids and eighteen waves, passing through the bustling, thrilling, and exciting Plum Beach, White Stone Beach, and Sister Beach.
