Hsinchu Zoo, the oldest zoo in Taiwan

Introduction: Hsinchu Zoo is a public zoo located in the East District of Hsinchu City, Taiwan. It was founded in 1936 and is the oldest zoo still existing on the original site in Taiwan. It covers an area of โ€‹โ€‹about 2.7 hectares. Its old gate, fountain and yellow fish owl enclosure are still in their original appearance. The zoo contains 6 exhibition areas.
