A Day Through Hong Kong’s Hidden Corners -Market Bites, Iconic Sights & City Lights

Started the day hopping on the MTR to Choi Hung Station.
First stop — Choi Hung Market for local bites:
🥟 Dim sum at super fair prices,
🍜 Our go-to beef tripe + beef brisket noodles,
☕ Washed down with the ultimate HK duo — silky milk tea & iced lemon tea. Affordable, simple, satisfying.

🌈 Of course, a quick photo stop at the iconic Choi Hung Rainbow Estate — still one of the most photogenic spots in the city.

🚇 Next station — Quarry Bay to capture the famous “Transformer Building” (Montane Mansion) — chaotic, cinematic, and somehow beautiful.

🍜 Wrapped up the day back in the city centre with Ichiran ramen (because… ramen is always a good idea) and a chill evening walk along Avenue of Stars (星光大道) — watching the skyline light up as the harbour breeze kicks in.

✔️ City Walk Kind of Day:
Old neighbourhoods, street food, iconic buildings & harbour views — this is the Hong Kong I love. 💙
