🧭 Unintentionally strolling around Central but ended up with beautiful photos!
We just planned to take a casual walk, but once we slipped into the SoHo area, it felt like entering another world. The outdoor escalator, Mid-Levels Escalator, which is a landmark here, and as we kept walking down, we unexpectedly came across an amazing street art wall! Of course, we snapped away nonstop at the colorful wall on Graham Street and the classic old Hong Kong city paintings. It gave such a cool vibe without even trying 📸
🍛 Hong Kong-style curry rice that’s surprisingly delicious
At first, we walked until we got hungry and found a simple local rice shop in a small alley. Lots of Hong Kong locals were queuing, so we gave it a try. It turned out to be Hong Kong-style curry rice! We chose two dishes, the price was reasonable but the portions were huge. Eating it was like, "Wow, this is tastier than I expected!" The flavor was rich, not bland like some places we’ve tried before, plus there was free soup. It was so good we wanted to remember the shop’s name but... forgot 555
🍋 Iced lemon tea is the star of the day
After walking until we were sweating, we found a small drink stall by the street and ordered a glass of Hong Kong lemon tea without much thought. The moment we took a sip! It was refreshing like it sucked all the fatigue out of our body instantly. Perfectly sour, fragrant tea, not overly sweet or harsh on the throat. This is what you call real lemon tea 🍹

In summary, that day felt like we didn’t plan much, but it turned out to be a day full of small happiness. We got beautiful photos, delicious food, and the feeling that just casually walking around the city gave us a lot of positive energy.
If anyone comes to Central, I recommend not just looking at the malls. Try wandering around the alleys—you might find something great like we did 😉
