Man Fat Tsz Temple

The Temple of Ten Thousand Buddhas, or Man Fat Tsz, is located in the Sha Tin district, surrounded by over 13,000 Buddha statues. This temple is truly large. We have to walk up the hill and climb more than 400 steps to reach the main hall, where an important Buddha statue is enshrined. Various Buddha postures guide the way, and there are indeed many different ones, just as the reputation says—each posture is unique. There is a nine-story Chinese pagoda to pay respects to. The place is spacious with beautiful, peaceful scenery. There are souvenir shops and amulets for sale.

You can get here by MTR East Line, which takes about 20 minutes if you come from Tsim Sha Tsui.
