With waxed sausage, waxed pork, or waxed duck, rich in fat, featuring the sweet wine and soy sauce flavors typical of Cantonese style. Especially the waxed sausage with its 30/70 lean-to-fat ratio. During the simmering process, the fat and sauce from the waxed meat infuse into the rice, making each grain oily and fragrant, with a slight smoky aroma and a sweet-salty layered taste.
