Recently, we visited "Yik Shing Shang Restaurant" located on Man Wai Street in Jordan, Hong Kong, for dinner. The restaurant features a minimalist design with a spacious and comfortable ambiance. It specializes in authentic Cantonese-style clay pot rice and offers a variety of exquisite side dishes. We ordered the Sichuan-style sausage and chicken clay pot rice, black truffle chicken pot, and stir-fried Chinese kale with preserved meat. The flavors were truly impressive, especially the signature clay pot rice. The Sichuan-style sausage was aromatic, the rice grains were distinct, and the crispy rice crust at the bottom added an unforgettable touch!
