Wet-Aged Steak Insights

Learn more about wet-aged steak.

I've tried dry-aged steak before, but this time I had wet-aged steak cooked on a hot stone.

Wet-aged steak is aged at low temperatures, preserving its original flavor and ensuring it remains juicy. The restaurant uses USDA Prime-certified beef.

🔸 Triple Grilled Meat Platter
This set allows you to try different cuts of beef:
✨ Wagyu: evenly marbled, tender, and smooth texture;
✨ Top Sirloin: tender, juicy, and rich in flavor;
✨ Flank Steak: chewy texture;
✨ Flat Iron Steak: soft, tender, and intensely flavorful.

For an additional $32, you can choose three items from five options. I picked 🥤soda, 🥗salad, and 🍚rice.
🥗 The salad was crisp and refreshing, paired with a tangy dressing that whets the appetite.
🍚 Rice paired perfectly with the meat, bite after bite.

🔸 Beef Prefecture Grilled Meat & Sea Urchin Rice Bowl
The rib cap was evenly marbled and tender; the sea urchin was generously portioned; the salmon roe was salty and fresh, and when mixed with Lan Wang egg and seaweed, it was incredibly delicious.

🔸 Fried Bombay Duck Fish
The Bombay duck fish was fried to a crispy perfection, with a slightly salty flavor that pairs well with black truffle salad dressing.

🔸 Red Wine Pineapple
The pineapple was slightly tangy with a hint of sweetness.
