This time we discovered a Taiwanese-style restaurant😋 Tried the Jiuxiang Beer Pork Cartilage Noodles—the pork cartilage is tender and flavorful, cooked just right, and the noodles are chewy. After mixing well, the taste becomes even better🍜

Also had the Night Market Double Sausage Bento 🌭 The double sausages are crispy on the outside and tender inside with a juicy burst. The bento comes with a variety of side dishes, each bite packed with rich texture and flavor, making you want to keep eating.

The Sanxing Scallion Pancake 🥟 is filled generously, with a strong scallion aroma. The crust is golden and crispy, and every bite is full of scallion fragrance—truly satisfying. The Taiwanese sausage is so delicious that I couldn’t resist ordering an extra one👍🏻

Then we tried the Traditional Grass Jelly Tea ☕ This tea is really unique, with the aroma of grass jelly and a hint of sweetness, very comforting to drink. Next, we tried the Huatan Honey Jade Drink 🍹 This drink is refreshingly sweet and crisp, the perfect thirst quencher for summer.
