TKO Korean-style Instagrammable Cafe

Tseung Kwan O South always gives me a relaxing vibe, so my husband and I often go there for a stroll and enjoy some good food. This time, we revisited an old favorite to try some Korean fusion creative dishes 🇰🇷 at Seoulmate Cafe.

They even have a limited-time menu 😳! Both the taste and presentation are top-notch 👍🏻.

Here’s what we ordered:

Snow Cheese Mountain Hotpot - $298
Includes Australian grain-fed sirloin steak (180g), fried chicken, grilled octopus, minced chicken meatballs, French toast, and baby potatoes.

It’s a cheese fondue 🫕🤤! Haven’t had this in ages! The set is quite filling, perfect for two people.
The sirloin steak was the highlight—cooked to about medium-well, just right! Pairing it with the indulgent stretchy cheese was simply divine.
The French toast soaked in rich cheese was a must-try—so flavorful and aromatic!

Fried Soft-Shell Crab Seaweed Roll - $108
Super big roll packed with lots of ingredients (*^^*). The soft-shell crab was fried to perfection, and the fresh veggies balanced the flavors really well!

Spicy Kimchi Clams - $168
The MVP of the day! Surprisingly delicious! Each clam was plump, sand-free, and infused with the spicy and fragrant kimchi flavor. So addictive (*^^*).

Pistachio Snow Mountain Panna Cotta - $58
Beautifully presented, and you can customize the sweetness with condensed milk for a richer flavor! The texture was firm and unique compared to regular panna cotta—so fun to eat!

Mango Milkshake with Milk Foam Snow Mountain - $48
Japanese Uji Matcha Latte with Milk Foam Snow Mountain - $48
A visual treat with distinct layers—so soothing! The milk foam was thick and creamy, with a salty-sweet taste that was smooth and delicate. The mango 🥭 flavor was fragrant, while the matcha flavor became more pronounced with each sip!
