Today I went to a very famous Teppanyaki in Causeway Bay with my friends. It was different, the cooking method was different from my usual Teppanyaki. I was very satisfied with each dish, so I introduced it to you.
Its environment and decor are very appreciated, especially the overflowing wine glasses as furnishings, each wine glass is very beautiful, simply like an art exhibition.
The appetizer was a sashimi salad
The sashimi was very fresh, and paired with its sour sauce, it was simply appetizing, and its salad vegetables were very refreshing and fresh, which was appreciated.
Steamed eggs
It is very special, I see it is a tablespoon of boiled hot eggs down, it has become steamed eggs, steamed eggs are very hot enough, and salty inside, there is a little crab seeds on the surface, the taste and mouth are very rich.
Silver sturgeon
Very tasty, and the meat is tender and fresh, the silver squid has a little cheese sauce on the surface, sour, neutralize the fish oil flavor of the silver squid, it is simply the first time to eat such a cooking method. Plus a side dish of mushrooms, it was really delicious.
Pan-fried shark fin with rich chicken broth
The chef helped me with the order, it was the first time I had such a strong chicken broth, and the fin was soaked in all the flavors of the chicken broth, but it was done very tasty, with a little Chinese feel.
Lobster cooked in lobster sauce
A very special cooking method, using lobster juice to cook the lobster, the lobster is cooked just right, very fresh, the meat is firm enough, and full of flavor, as it turns out, the chef cooking
South African Bacon
The first time I saw such clean bacon, I felt very special.
A4 Wagyu Teppanyaki
The chef helped me arrange five percent cooked, which I found very mushy, very good cooking, and different sauces and Wasabi to go with this wagyu beef, great satisfaction.
Fried rice with omelet
The fried rice saw its cooking method is very special, just like making a rice ball out, the taste of every grain is full of sauce, and there is a special Japanese rice to fry, it is too delicious, plus their special omelet, this fried rice is simply absolute.
Lobster soup
Finally there was a lobster consommé, the soup had been cooked to full flavor, and there was a huge amount of lobster meat, which was really tasty.
Caramel ice cream
I appreciated this ice cream, it was very gooey, soft-feeling, and very caramel-y, but not too sweet.
Environment: Very full of Japanese color, and the Japanese chefs are really sincere.
Transportation: Very convenient. There are all kinds of transportation nearby.
Service: Everyone felt his sincerity and thoughtfulness, it was very polite and I was very happy.
