Every Bite Packed with Crab Meat

This is the recently popular Thai restaurant - Siaw. The shop opens at 6:00 PM, but I arrived at 5:45 PM and there were already people lining up. Luckily, we were among the first few in line, so we got in during the first seating. The interior decor has a very authentic Thai vibe, and most of the chefs 👨🍳 and staff are Thai. Watching the chef prepare Thai salads through the kitchen window really felt like being on the streets of Thailand enjoying Thai cuisine 🤭.

We tried several dishes this time, and every single one was impressive and of high quality, comparable to the Thai food you'd find in Bangkok.

🥢 Crab Meat Omelette $168
Wow, this was a delightful surprise! The omelette was semi-fried, full of egg aroma, and packed with juicy crab meat. Every bite was filled with crab, and the Thai-style sweet and sour sauce enhanced the flavor.

🥢 Stir-Fried Flat Rice Noodles with Minced Beef $108
The aroma hit us as soon as it was served. It had a strong wok hei (wok aroma), with plenty of wagyu beef slices. The wide rice noodles were smooth, chewy, and perfectly seasoned with black soy sauce, making it incredibly flavorful.

🥢 Grilled Pork Neck $78
The portion of grilled pork neck was quite generous. The edges were charred, and the pork neck was thick, juicy, and tender, with a smoky charcoal-grilled aroma. Paired with the special dipping sauce, it was absolutely delicious 😋.

🥢 Mango Sticky Rice $78
The mango 🥭 was very sweet and paired perfectly with the soft and chewy sticky rice. Adding coconut milk and crispy bits made it even better. It would be perfect with a bit more crunch.

🍹 Rose Lychee Soda $38
The pink drink had a lovely lychee aroma with a hint of lime, making it very refreshing.

The restaurant doesn't have many seats, so if you want to try it, make sure to arrive early to grab a spot.
