To celebrate Mother's Day, I took my parents to the Chinese restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong for dim sum.
Man Wah is located on the 25th floor of the hotel. The entrance exudes understated luxury, while the interior is elegant, featuring classical lanterns, intricate embroidery, and a strong Chinese aesthetic.
Man Wah has been awarded a Michelin star for 12 consecutive years. Their dim sum is meticulously crafted by experienced chefs, blending traditional and innovative flavors. Everything we ordered met high standards, and I particularly loved their house-made XO sauce. Adding a touch of XO sauce to the dim sum made it exceptionally delicious.
The only downside was that the service could have been more attentive. However, as a family gathering, my parents were very satisfied. It was truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
