Black and White Stylish Cafe! Pistachio Pasta is Amazing

Went to work in Lai Chi Kok Cheung Sha Wan, and after finishing work, I remembered it had been a long time since I visited this popular Cheung Sha Wan cafe "Contrast." The cafe features a black and white design with a stylish vibe, famous for its homemade coffee, desserts, and pasta🍝. Luckily, on a weekday, there was no need to queue, so I went straight in for afternoon tea.

Besides the previously popular charcoal series dishes, they have now launched a new pistachio series of dishes.

I originally wanted to try the waffles, but they looked quite large, and I was afraid I couldn’t finish them, so I didn’t order. Instead, I got the homemade pistachio pesto chicken fettuccine, which turned out to be a delightful surprise.

The fettuccine has the perfect firmness, with a subtle pistachio flavor. The pasta absorbed the pistachio pesto sauce, allowing you to taste the layers of crushed pistachios and pistachio pesto. The chicken is tender and very delicious.

Cat lovers can also come here to take photos. The cafe backdrop now features a beautiful photo spot themed around cats called "The Unsmiling Cat." If you love💕 cats, come here to snap some photos📸.

Next time, I want to try the pistachio waffles—they look very tempting🤩.
