✅ Sashimi includes salmon, big red shrimp, snow crab legs, Hokkaido scallops, northern clams, sweet shrimp, yellowtail, kingfish, ark shell, razor clams, and more
Salmon and yellowtail are smooth and tender. Ark shell and razor clams are sweet and crisp. Big red shrimp are firm and bouncy, sweet shrimp are very fresh and sweet.
▶️ The restaurant has a new menu, especially recommending steamed large head prawns in a basket, typhoon shelter style fried large head prawns, sea salt baked conch, spicy wine cooked conch, and XO sauce steamed razor clams with vermicelli
Sea salt baked conch is crunchy and perfectly seasoned. Large head prawns have fresh roe, with firm and bouncy meat; steamed in a basket preserves the original flavor, while typhoon shelter style adds a tasty twist. XO sauce steamed razor clams with vermicelli are very fresh, tender, and satisfyingly large.
✅ Highly recommended for value ▶️ sea urchin gunkan, ginger and scallion fried eel balls, Saikyo grilled halibut, crispy fried squab, puff pastry baked turbot fish soup, and oil-salt baked crab
Sea urchin gunkan melts in your mouth. Puff pastry baked turbot fish soup is rich and high quality. Sesame chicken wings and grilled eel are my personal favorites. Crab 🦀 has smooth roe and fresh sweet meat.
✅ The buffet area also offers plenty of food and drinks with unlimited refills, a wide variety of beverages including sake and plum wine, many desserts and ice cream options, over 10 kinds of bite-sized sweets, and unlimited Häagen-Dazs ice cream and popsicles
