Beef Station in Causeway Bay 🚇 offers such a wide variety of ingredients that you'll be spoiled for choice 🤩. With over 45 types of hotpot ingredients and vegetables 🥬, plus more than 20 sauces for you to mix and match 🥄, you're guaranteed to find your favorite flavors ❤️. No wonder it's always bustling with customers 🔥.

This time, we chose the dual-flavored hotpot. On one side, there's the "Rich Tomato Pork Bone Broth" 🍅, which is sweet and flavorful, combining the freshness of tomatoes with the essence of pork bones 🍖. It's perfect for cooking seafood and meat. On the other side, there's the "Spicy Satay Broth" 🌶️, which is aromatic with a hint of spiciness—ideal for cooking meats and incredibly tasty 😋!

For meats 🥩, my favorites are the American SRF Black Wagyu and the American Angus Beef Chuck. The Black Wagyu is best enjoyed lightly cooked, with its rich beef flavor. The Angus Beef Chuck is equally impressive 👍, tender yet slightly chewy, offering a satisfying bite 😌.

I also recommend the beef tendon and beef omasum 🐂. The beef tendon, when cooked until tender, absorbs all the broth's essence 💧—absolutely delicious. The beef omasum is crisp and chewy, with an excellent texture 💯!

As for seafood 🌊, the highlight is definitely the prawns 🦐. Each prawn is large, with heads full of flavorful roe 🤤, and the meat is firm, springy, and incredibly sweet. 👏 It's so good you won't be able to stop eating! Shrimp lovers shouldn't miss this! There's also sliced sea conch 🐚, which only needs a few seconds to cook. It's crisp, sweet, and another personal favorite 💕.

Another star of the show is the squab 🐦, roasted to perfection with crispy skin and tender meat, bursting with juices 💦. One bite releases the unique aroma of squab ✨—truly delicious!

The self-serve hotpot ingredient area 💪 offers an endless selection, including fresh vegetables 🥦, various meatballs, and Taiwanese dumplings 🥟, among others.

The cooked food section also has plenty of surprises ✨. The lychee shrimp balls are crispy on the outside and soft inside, with sweet shrimp meat 🦐 and a unique texture ☺️. The spicy crayfish 🌶️ is aromatic and spicy, with springy meat 🦞—a delight to eat.

The large intestine noodles are full of flavor 🍜, with silky noodles and clean, well-seasoned intestines ✨. The broth is rich and satisfying 🥣.

For drinks 🥤, there's a variety of boxed drinks 🧃, canned beverages, and cold-brew teas 🍵—refreshing and healthy 💧. For alcohol lovers, there's sake 🍶, white wine, and shochu to choose from 🎉.

And of course, dessert is a must 🍨! The dessert counter offers a range of beautifully presented treats 🍰 that taste great too. There's also "Coconut Milk Snow Swallow" 🥥, "Mango Sago" 🥭, and "Taiwanese Grass Jelly with Taro Balls"—all light and refreshing desserts that are perfect after hotpot 😊.

The absolute highlight is their unlimited "Häagen-Dazs ice cream" 🍨! With a variety of flavors 🌈, enjoying a scoop of ice cream after a steaming hotpot 🔥 is pure bliss 🤩!
