Excellent service ~ The Peninsula Hong Kong

This time, book the Peninsula Hotel Hong Kong on trip.com for a one-night stay on Saturday, including a deluxe queen room, breakfast for two, takeaway afternoon tea and automatic late check-out until 4pm, package HKD2475.

When checking in at three o'clock, there was a small long queue to check in. In fact, we were expected to queue. However, the waiters in the hotel lobby were very attentive and made a diversion without saying anything, which greatly shortened the queue time.

Entering the room, feeling a bit dilapidated, and the coffee machine was broken, asked someone to come up and help check, as a result the third time an engineer was hired to repair, finally fixed.

The hotel window grilles are not floor-to-ceiling glass, and the lighting in the room is relatively dim, so it doesn't feel very open.

The hotel's hardware is really average, but the staff is very polite and professional, which is still acceptable for this price.
