Patong Beach and Bangla Road in Phuket are usually full of both Thai and foreign tourists. There are many options for a chic cafe to stop by for a snack or a cup of coffee. However, since we arrived in Phuket, we wanted to try a shop that was founded in Phuket and has been famous for so long that it can be called one of the first legendary Western-style bakeries in Phuket, BAKE. This shop has a main branch in Cherngtalay, but we decided to stop by this branch on the 1st floor of Central Patong, near the entrance and exit, instead. We chose this piece to try.

🎂 Raspberry Mirage – A round piece of pastry coated with a beautiful, shiny pink raspberry coating. The filling is soft chocolate mousse with a rich chocolate flavor. The top is decorated with sour fresh strawberries. It’s quite enjoyable to eat.

☕ Hot Americano – I heard that this shop uses Arabica coffee beans from the northern part of Thailand. After trying it, the brewed coffee is quite strong with a medium aroma. What I like is that it comes with a small piece of Sponge cake as a snack.

☕ Macchiato – In terms of strength, when milk is added, the taste is a bit smoother. It's okay.

Overall, it's a convenient choice for this area. The pastries are beautiful and delicate. The taste is good. In addition to bakery, there are also savory cafe-style dishes to order.
