Muji Restaurant in Causeway Bay launches a brand new Japanese-style four-dish rice set! The winter melon salad is so refreshing!

Muji’s current summer menu features ingredient combinations that are both refreshing and full of texture!

Three- and four-dish rice sets are very popular in Hong Kong, but satisfying the local palate is a challenge. Muji Restaurant uses seasonal, fresh ingredients to create various dishes. This time, I chose the kelp miso winter melon, sweet pepper sauce fried chicken, mentaiko mixed mushroom thick omelet, and winter melon orange salad as the four dishes. The winter melon salad was truly unexpected: winter melon soaked in lemon juice, paired with diced fruit and served chilled—perfect for whetting the appetite on a hot day!
