Came to this Shang Yuan Chinese restaurant in East Tsim Sha Tsui at night. Their seafood dinner duo offers great value for money. We ordered Duo B, which includes Lobster E-Fu Noodles and Pickled Fish, both priced at $538. The staff provided attentive service, and the environment was spacious and comfortable.

🦞 Lobster E-Fu Noodles in Superior Soup
Made with a whole lobster, just seeing it served made our mouths water. The lobster meat is full and springy, bursting with freshness. The rich superior soup perfectly soaks into the E-Fu noodles.

🐟 Must-try Pickled Fish
The sour and spicy flavors of the pickled fish are perfectly balanced. The fish slices are tender and boneless, accompanied by crunchy, appetizing pickled vegetables and chewy sweet potato noodles. The noodles absorb all the tangy and spicy flavors of the golden broth, making it addictive.

🥟 Whelk and Scallop Dumplings ($68/3 pieces)
Unexpectedly, they also serve dim sum at night. The scallop dumplings we ordered have thin, translucent skins, filled mainly with fresh sweet scallops and crisp whelk meat. Every bite is a taste of the ocean.
