Romantic Birthday Dinner Restaurant Recommendation in Tsim Sha Tsui

Today is my best friend's birthday, so I specially booked this restaurant called Starò located at 1 Knutsford Terrace, Tsim Sha Tsui. I've been here several times, and each time I'm amazed by its decor. The restaurant is themed around a romantic starry sky, creating a very romantic and atmospheric vibe, perfect for dates or celebrations.

The Truffle Fries are super crispy and thick-cut, giving a great texture. Paired with truffle sauce, they are simply top-notch and delicious. The Porcini Tartufo Soup is also very good, with a strong black truffle flavor combined with porcini mushrooms, making it rich and creamy. Served with handmade breadsticks that soak up the soup perfectly, I wanted to order more after finishing.

For the main course, we ordered the Pappardelle and Roasted Yellow Chicken (Half Chicken). The sauce on the Pappardelle is rich and coats the wide noodles thoroughly, making every bite flavorful. The handmade wide noodles have a great chewy texture. The Roasted Yellow Chicken is definitely the star of the night, with a strong herb flavor and tender, juicy meat that melts in your mouth.

Finally, there was a constellation cake with a mirror glaze, very exquisite. It came with some flammable decorations that the staff lit up, making them sparkle like stars in the sky—perfect for photos. Combined with the dry ice effect and the starry sky decor of the restaurant, it created a truly magical atmosphere.
