Affordable French Cuisine

Tonight, I visited a restaurant located in a commercial building. The prices were reasonable, and the food quality was quite good. On Friday evenings from 7 to 9 PM, they even have a live band performance.

The dinner for two included appetizers, soup, main courses, and desserts.

This salad had a rich and distinct flavor profile. The sweetness of the peach, the slight bitterness of arugula, the savory taste of the ham, and the dressing made with Japanese mustard and yuzu vinegar combined to create a balance of sweet, sour, bitter, spicy, and salty flavors.

🔸 Chef's Special Soup
The mushroom soup was served hot, with a thick and smooth texture, and bits of mushroom throughout. The herb bread was soft and paired wonderfully with butter.

🔸 Spanish Octopus with Fresh Squid Ink Tagliatelle
The tagliatelle was coated in squid ink, with a perfectly balanced texture. The flavor was savory, and the octopus was tender with a mild taste.

🔸 U.S. Hanger Steak with Mexican Sauce
The hanger steak was cooked to medium doneness, resulting in a tender texture. The Mexican sauce added a tangy and spicy kick. The broccoli sprouts were soft with a hint of oil, and the potatoes were crisp and refreshing.

✨ Whole Fresh Fruit Sorbet
When served, the staff poured water over dry ice, creating a dreamy white mist around the dessert. The pineapple sorbet was icy and had a sweet and tangy flavor.

✨ Italian Lemon Gelato Ball
This dessert is a must-try. The yellow crunchy bits had a sweet and tangy taste, while the lemon gelato was refreshing. The center contained an orange-flavored jam, offering a sweet and slightly bitter aroma that lingered subtly. 👍🏻

🔸 Virgin Mojito
By following the restaurant's Instagram, you can get a complimentary drink. The mint leaves were refreshing, the lime was tangy, and the drink was cool and thirst-quenching.
