《Long-lost Shenzi》

Rare Saturday and a friend made an appointment early in Mong Kok to see a movie, after watching just lunch time, came to her favorite Shinko for lunch.

Although the location is a bit far from the MTR station, it does not lose its popularity and is full of people during lunch time.

I ordered the sushi set meal, which looked very attractive. The sushi has red shrimp, squid, seaweed, salmon caviar, oily fish, and red shrimp. There is also salmon fillet sashimi. The rice for sushi is Hokkaido seven-star rice, which is very smooth and soft. Served with a bowl of smooth chicken white soup handmade udon, this combination suited me!

Double-layer hand-beaten Wagyu burger bowl, the beef burger is very thick, juicy and buttery. The egg on top was fried beautifully, the egg mixture mixed with rice and meatloaf to eat, it was a wicked taste. The full of green onions not only looks good, but also has an extra flavour of green onions.

Edo also ordered her favorite grilled chicken wings, which were plump, full and juicy!

Both meals are served with tamago and bean curd soup. A sip of hot soup after dinner is particularly warming. A simple lunch, very satisfying.
