Popular izakaya chef prepares seafood teppanyaki

Today, I celebrated my birthday with a friend and finally booked a spot at this popular teppanyaki place in Causeway Bay. The food is high-quality and reasonably priced. For just over 700 yuan, you can enjoy 11 dishes, including foie gras, wagyu beef, and various seafood dishes. The chef cooks right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy the food while admiring his masterful cooking skills. All ingredients are freshly cooked.
The eight-inch zebra mantis shrimp had a springy, crispy texture.
The golden eagle scallops were grilled with a dragon pumpkin and sea urchin cream sauce. The crispy skin and tender fish were absolutely delicious.
The teppanyaki shrimp were made with shrimp paste. The shrimp is tender and satisfying.
The Wagyu beef from Kagoshima melts in your mouth, with a lightly fragrant fat.
The pan-fried foie gras with caramel apples is as tender and smooth as tofu, and the sweet dragon fruit and blueberries provide a refreshing break.
Hokkaido scallops: The scallops are sweet and chewy, and are stir-fried with garlic butter for a delicious flavor.
Stir-fried bean sprouts with lightly roasted pork gravy: The roasted pork is crispy and fragrant, and the bean sprouts cut through the fat of the foie gras.
Finally, there's fried rice and miso soup, and dessert is caramel toast with ice cream.
