A three-day journey accompanied by the sea breeze, a poem on the sea from Hong Kong to Okinawa 📖💫

This trip aboard Royal Caribbean's Spectrum of the Seas was truly memorable, from embarkation to disembarkation. I've also learned some useful tips, which I'd like to share with those planning a trip! 😊

🛳 Boarding Procedure
Due to the large crowds on departure day, we first dropped off our luggage at the dock and secured it with luggage tags. The staff then brought it to our room door. After going through security and customs, we boarded the ship around 2:00 PM. 🚢
The first thing to do is check in at the fire escape area meeting point indicated on your ticket. The staff will scan your ticket and provide fire escape instructions. Once you're done, you're free to move around.

📶 Internet & Dining
If you need internet access, please go downstairs and sign up for Wi-Fi. Those who haven't purchased Wi-Fi can enjoy their first meal directly in the 14th-floor buffet restaurant (the main restaurant will not be open on embarkation day).
Those who haven't purchased a beverage package are welcome to bring a water bottle; free water is available in the buffet restaurant. After dinner, you can retire to your room. Your room key will be placed inside your door's seal. Your luggage will arrive around 3:00 PM. 🧳

🍴 Main Dining Room and Seating Adjustments
If your scheduled dining time is too early on your departure date, you can change to a flexible dining option in the main dining room. You can also change your table (this adjustment is limited to one). For dinner, we recommend the steak and baked escargot in the main dining room; they're definitely worth trying!

🎭 Wonderful Performances
The must-see "Silk Road" performance has two shows: 7:15 PM and 9:15 PM. Be sure to book in advance through the app. ❗If you don't book, you'll need to queue 20 minutes before the show and find your own seat. 🉑 Head directly to the second floor for ample seating.

📱 Onboard App
Be sure to download the Royal Caribbean app before your trip. It not only provides room information, but also allows you to browse the daily schedule and set reminders to avoid missing out on exciting events. Late-night snacks are also available on the 14th floor. 🍕 Pizza, porridge, and noodles are available.

🌊 Relax on Sailing Day
The second day is all about sailing. If you're planning to do some independent activities on the third day, be sure to pick up your in-person ticket at the main restaurant on the 4th floor in advance. The earlier your number, the earlier you'll disembark.
As for sailing day, enjoy your time on board! I opted for a drink in the sundeck, then lounged on a lounge chair, soaking up the sun and the sea breeze. It was a truly relaxing afternoon. 🌞

From embarking to watching the sunset, to dinner and a show, the itinerary was incredibly packed. If you're looking for a vacation that combines food, entertainment, and relaxation, Spectrum of the Seas is definitely worth a try! Be sure to plan your meals and shows in advance, and set off in a good mood for a truly memorable cruise.
