Eel Season

It's eel season, and this time I tried steamed eel with garlic and black bean sauce along with other dishes.

First up was steamed clams with egg custard. The egg custard was silky smooth and melted in your mouth. Paired with the clams, it was incredibly flavorful!

The star of the show, steamed eel with garlic and black bean sauce, was absolutely unbeatable! The eel was tender and rich, with a delightful aroma of garlic and black bean sauce infused into the meat—savory and irresistible!

The golden lotus leaf buns were fried to a perfect golden crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Served hot, they paired wonderfully with the sweet shredded meat—so delicious 😋

Finally, there was the golden soup Buddha Jumps Over the Wall. The soup was rich and golden, packed with premium ingredients like abalone, sea cucumber, and fish maw. It was truly loaded with goodness! This collagen-rich soup was warming and incredibly nourishing.
