Sanya Mid-Levels Sailing Port is a world-class sailing port in Sanya with very complete facilities. It was also the only designated stopover port for the 15th Volvo Ocean Race China in 2014, which shows the outside world's recognition of the hardware facilities and services of the Mid-Levels Sailing Port.


The Banshan Bandao International Sailing School is Sanya's first professional sailing training club, offering a variety of sailboat types, including toeboards, keelboats, and multihulls.
