This time, I visited Unnie Restaurant and happened to catch a collaboration with "Yinghuan Café" ☺️ As soon as I stepped inside, I was captivated by the posters, cheering banners, and trinkets covering the walls. It felt like I was walking into a mini fan support exhibition hall, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere ❤️

As for the food, the restaurant's quality remains solid ✅ I recommend the spicy carbonara with fish cake skewers. The broth has a hint of Korean spiciness, the fish cakes are chewy, and the texture is truly delicious 😆 The combination of Korean spiciness and Italian richness and creaminess is surprisingly balanced. 👍

The chef's creation that night was the smoked salmon and black truffle risotto. The aroma of the black truffle and the richness of the rice were just the right balance, and the savory flavor of the smoked salmon created a rich, layered experience 😚

For drinks, I recommend the Jeju Orange Americano. The coffee base is refreshing, and the citrus notes create a balanced sweet and sour taste, making it a great way to relieve greasiness 🤩 The Seoraksan Green Grape Milk is sweeter, with a grape aroma, perfect for those who don't like coffee 🤗

What really caught my eye was the $28 cake all-you-can-eat buffet on weekdays. 🤩 They offer a variety of desserts: original cheese, chocolate cheese, matcha cheese, yuzu cheese, and tiramisu. 😚 For a fresher option, the yuzu cheese is particularly appealing, with a sweet and sour, refreshing, and not greasy. 📍 The matcha cheese is full of tea aroma and a solid texture, perfect for matcha lovers. 🥰
