Victoria Harbour night view paired with Hong Kong-style creative cuisine! A pineapple bun with ice cream for $40?

This upstairs Chinese restaurant has an oversized floor-to-ceiling glass facing the Victoria Harbor. Decorated Chinese hipster style, comfortable seating, best for chatting with friends or bringing your other half to chill - the point is the price is very friendly to scare, most dishes are $ 30-80, but also thoughtful creative cuisine, this time tried several signature dishes really surprised!

The appetizer "Five Spice Beef Tendon" is stewed with super flavour, the beef flavor is rich and chewy, not too salty, perfect for serving with wine ~ "Spicy Soup Spinach" is cooked with chicken broth and wood fish fillets, light yet fresh enough, I like it won't be cooked to pieces! The must-order "almost char siu", using pork neck parts, the outer layer is grilled until slightly charred with honey flavor, the meat is crispy and not greasy, very different from traditional char siu, quite creative! The "pepper and salt squid head" is fried crispy, the squid head is crispy and bouncy, and the pepper and salt flavor is delicious enough. It's really unbeatable when served with beer

The dim sum "Fried Shrimp Toast" is a nostalgic Hong Kong style. The bread is fried until golden brown and crispy. The shrimp paste is crispy and not greasy. It's great with suitcase sauce! For the main course, I tried the "Homemade Onion Oil Bibimbap", the onion oil is really homemade, fragrant but not greasy, the noodles are refreshing, this price has such quality really cheap! Dessert "Pineapple Milk Prince" is super surprising - the ice and fire pineapple butter transformation, crispy pineapple bun sandwiched with iced vanilla ice cream, the blend of hot and cold taste is evil to explode! "Flower Blossom Snow" is osmanthus tea ice cream with cheese milk cover, fresh and refreshing, great for taking pictures

Drinking a special cocktail while looking at the sea view, the worries of life are immediately forgotten. I heard that the owner and his wife moved to live nearby for this shop. They insist on sharing the sea view and food at a civilian price. They are really thoughtful!

Overall, the food is thoughtful and affordable, comfortable environment with sea view, friendly service attitude, high value for money, $300 per person! The only drawback is that the location is a bit difficult to find, and dinner is best to book a window seat in advance - this price to eat a full sea view + creative Chinese cuisine, and looking at a beautiful view, is definitely a hidden choice!
