Visited for some dim sum, and every dish was freshly steamed, combining traditional flavors with delightful surprises—a must-try for dim sum lovers!
The Dragon Dim Sum Feast includes six different dim sum varieties. The Bamboo Shoot Shrimp Dumplings have thin skins and succulent shrimp. The Crab Roe and Spinach Shrimp Dumplings feature a vibrant green spinach-infused skin, with a burst of crab roe flavor—absolutely indulgent! The Truffle Wild Mushroom Dumplings are wrapped in beautiful purple skins, exuding a rich truffle aroma and juicy mushroom filling. The Sauerkraut Fish Dumplings are incredibly creative, with tender fish paired with slightly tangy sauerkraut bits. The Salted Egg Yolk Squid Siu Mai boasts bouncy squid paste and fragrant salted egg yolk. Lastly, the Pandan Sesame Peach is a visual delight! Shaped like a real peach, it offers a sweet and fragrant pandan sesame filling that isn't overly rich.
We also ordered the Chicken Feet and Black Pepper Beef Tripe combo, allowing us to enjoy two dim sum dishes at once. The chicken feet were flavorful, and the beef tripe was thick and satisfying. The Golden Crispy Pigeon was freshly fried to order! Its skin was as crispy as cellophane, and the meat was tender and juicy.
The Chicken Soup with Seasonal Vegetables featured vibrant, crisp greens soaked in a clear, sweet chicken broth without any MSG—a healthy choice! The Steamed Spare Ribs with Cheung Fun absorbed all the essence of the black bean sauce, making it incredibly flavorful. The Pan-Fried Chive Dumplings🥟 were half-fried for a crispy texture, with a generous chive filling.
