For a friend's birthday celebration, we chose The Grill Room, located in Tsim Sha Tsui. This restaurant specializes in charcoal-grilled steaks and also offers a variety of Western dishes. The ambiance is top-notch, making it perfect for a quality dinner with friends or a romantic date. 😊

First on the list is the charcoal-grilled USDA Angus Ribeye Steak! The steak is grilled to a slight char on the outside, while the inside remains juicy and rich in beef flavor. Pair it with a glass of red wine, and it's pure satisfaction. From the first bite, you can tell the restaurant places great emphasis on quality ingredients. 🥩

For mains, the Pan-Seared Scallops and Mussels in Cream Sauce Pasta is a delightful surprise! The pasta is cooked to perfection, and both the scallops and mussels are incredibly fresh. The cream sauce is not overly heavy, instead carrying a hint of seafood freshness. Another standout is the Porcini Mushroom Risotto, which leans towards a creamy texture. The porcini aroma is particularly fragrant, making it an excellent choice for fans of European flavors.

As for dessert, the Tiramisu is a must-order! With its distinct layers, smooth cream, and just the right amount of coffee liqueur, it’s the perfect way to end the meal. 🍮
