Huso and Nam Ting Ju

Hong Kong Restaurant Week "Winners Edition" features 100 popular and highly-rated restaurants offering classic and innovative tasting menus at special prices.

Located in The Pottinger Hotel, the French restaurant Huso presents dishes like potato and egg salad with caviar, mozzarella grilled vegetables, crab meat salad, tomato consommé jelly, sweet shrimp tartare, tuna belly mousse with crispy seaweed; mains include parchment-baked cod and confit duck leg; desserts feature soft cake with caviar and molten chocolate cake. The restaurant is adorned with artworks introducing caviar and champagne. This lunch is a feast for both the eyes and the palate, offering great value for money. Although not part of the "Winners Edition," the newly opened Nam Ting Ju is also highly recommended. Located in the newly opened Hilton Garden Inn in Sheung Wan, the decor features a red theme with black-and-white checkered tiles, exuding a stylish Art Deco vibe. Signature dishes include Nam Ting Trio, double-boiled soup, Jin Hua ham roasted suckling pig, crispy waffle with mango foam and fried shrimp balls, braised premium sea cucumber with shiitake mushrooms in abalone sauce, seasonal vegetables in wild mushroom soup with gorgon fruit, fried rice with ginger, dried scallops, and egg whites, and freshly ground walnut paste.
