NOC Returns to Central and Sheung Wan with Generous Portions of Limited-Time Dishes

These days, if you're passing through Central and Sheung Wan, you'll notice NOC has returned to this prime location. Embracing a slow-paced lifestyle, the new location has put a lot of thought into its decor. Two of the walls are even hand-painted, adding a touch of warmth. ☺️

This branch also has the latest hours, extending them to 10 PM. Evening cocktails are available, complemented by vinyl music, creating a lively atmosphere.

The Bauhinia Hotel branch in Central has limited-edition dishes and drinks that I think are worth trying:

🔸Potato Waffles with Crab Salad
The waffles are filled with potatoes, giving them a rich, potato-flavored texture. They're delicious even on their own. Topped with avocado and sweet crab salad, they're enriched with mayonnaise. Add a large sunny-side-up egg and you're ready to go!

🔸Sun and Moon Blend
Everyone who tries this combination raves about it. This hoppy black and white blend has a hint of beer, but the flavor doesn't overshadow it. The Moon blend, in particular, has a rich, rich foam that's refreshing and thirst-quenching. 🌛

🔸Fireside
This coffee embodies the warmth of winter, and its sweet aroma is a must-have. The coconut milk also adds a sweetness, making it smooth and warming. ☺️
