The Peter Rabbit English Garden at Lake Motosu Resort is a facility filled with the world of Peter Rabbit. There are many souvenirs with Peter Rabbit characters printed on them, so it's a lot of fun. The facility is famous for its Shibazakura Festival, during which admission is charged and pets are also restricted, but outside of the festival period admission is free and pets can be brought in on a leash.
