Before the Mid-Autumn Festival, I visited a restaurant to try their "Suckling Pig Beer Set Menu."
🔸 Soup of the Day with Garlic Bread
The mushroom flavor was rich, and the soup had a smooth texture. The garlic bread was crispy with a strong garlic aroma.
🔸 Spanish Roasted Suckling Pig (1/4) with Cheese and Crab-Stuffed Portobello Mushroom
The suckling pig had a crispy skin and tender meat. The portobello mushroom was rich and juicy, generously stuffed with crab meat, and had a savory cheese flavor.
🔸 Garlic White Wine Clam Spaghetti
The clams were chewy, the spaghetti was cooked to the perfect texture, and it absorbed the sauce well. The dish had a strong garlic aroma with a hint of white wine.
🔸 Lemon Meringue Pie
The lemon was quite tangy, the meringue had a slight sweetness, and the crust was crispy.
🔸 Foam Coffee Mousse Cake
The coffee flavor was rich, and the base had a lingering aftertaste.
🔸 Provence Breeze
This drink had a dreamy color of purple and pink! It had a rose fragrance with a refreshing hint of mint.
🔸 Apple Yuko
This drink was amazing and highly recommended! The Earl Grey tea was aromatic, the apple provided a sweet and tangy flavor, and the yuzu was not bitter, creating a well-balanced taste.
