Finally came to Wild Boar Izakaya, saw @chef_georgekwok side 😆 I think many people are familiar with their beef tongue? How does it make it and powdery, chewy and bouncy and a little juicy? Really a must order~ Also I like their Kanto soup myself. Especially the carrot. No residue and enough flavor. It's really sweet 😎 Then followed by a vegetarian cold noodles 🍜 It's even better ✌🏻 These are next time to order, by the way try others first.
