Although it is an old cruise ship, the facilities are quite complete.

I spent a Mid-Autumn Festival on the Gu Lang Yu! The romance at sea for 5 days and 4 nights really made me want to get off the boat🚢🌕
This year, I didn't go to crowded attractions during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Instead, I chose the "Gulangyu" cruise to move my home to the sea. I was woken up by the sound of the waves every day. This 5-day and 4-night journey will bring the Mid-Autumn ritual feeling straight to the ceiling!

I remember the excitement of boarding the ship now! Dragging my suitcase to the pier, I saw the white Gu Lang Yu moored on the sea in the distance. The hull was printed with light blue wave patterns, like a cream cake floating on the sea🎂.

There is no rush at all during the days on the cruise, the main focus is a lie-flat pleasure. Wake up naturally every morning and go to the 12th floor buffet for breakfast – freshly cooked noodles, just-fried eggs, piles of fruit, and you can choose whether to add coconut milk to coffee and eat slowly for hours before you start your wandering day. There are many ways to play during the day: If you want to move, go for a swim in the deck pool, the water is warm, look up to see the blue sky and white clouds, and look down with sparkling waves.

The trip not only had leisure at sea, but also stayed on Miyako Island for a day. The scenery is really beautiful, the water is super clear, and Miyako beef is also delicious😋 Highly recommended!

The morning I left the ship, I was on deck again. The sea breeze still smelled familiar, and the sun had just risen above the sea, dyeing the hull of the Gulangyu a golden yellow. Walking to the pier and looking back, the Gu Langyu was still swaying gently on the sea, my nose suddenly felt sour - it turns out that the most beautiful trip is not how many sights to check in, but a period of time, let you temporarily put down the trivialities of life, only with the sea, the moon, the breeze.

If you want to have a different Mid-Autumn Festival, you might as well try a cruise next time – watching the moon at sea, enjoying the sea breeze on the deck, and strolling around a small island. This kind of romance, you really have to experience it yourself to understand🌊.
