【Sheung Wan】November+: A Must-Try Spicy Carbonara Pasta

November+ offers a diverse lunch set menu. We ordered the Spicy Carbonara Pasta (HK$118) and the Smoked Salmon Garlic Pasta (HK$118), and upgraded the set (add HK$30) to include pumpkin soup, coffee, and homemade tiramisu.

The Spicy Carbonara Pasta was a delightful surprise. The combination of spicy sauce with traditional carbonara created a unique flavor. The slight spiciness paired with the rich creaminess provided a layered and captivating taste. On the other hand, the Smoked Salmon Garlic Pasta was milder. The freshness of the smoked salmon intertwined with the aroma of garlic, delivering the tender essence of seafood.

The upgraded pumpkin soup was an unmissable appetizer. Its rich base and the natural sweetness of pumpkin added a comforting warmth to the meal. For drinks, I chose coffee, which perfectly balanced the richness of the meal and provided a refreshing boost. The homemade tiramisu was a perfect ending, with its layered texture and smooth taste.
