I recently wanted to eat Fine Dining, so I tried one
North Point's new French-Japanese fusion dish ~ Rumi! Super surprise ✨

Rumi is a former Michelin three-star French restaurant chef who launched ten dishes for dinner. The new store only costs HK$598/pp

The restaurant has Japanese-style high-end gray walls, soft lighting and small plants🌿, plus neat decoration and presentation, and super attentive staff service, completely feel the exquisite luxury✨

❁ Fish Bone Tuile
Fish crisps
The mackerel fish meat is molded to create a French fried crispy fish jerky, which is super delicious! The middle is sandwiched with fresh and sweet tuna puree, cucumber pickles and carrots.

❁ Burrata Cheese with 3-years Aged Japanese Red Vinegar
Three years of aged red vinegar burrata cheese
Three years of mature red vinegar salad, plus the chef's impromptu ground wood fish shreds, cherry shrimp, etc., with burrata cheese, the layering improved a lot.
