Enjoy the Victoria Harbour view and check in first-class

I dined at Watermark at Central Pier 7 over the weekend and loved the breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour and the romantic atmosphere.

The restaurant has a new Ocean Bounty themed menu, only $1,088 for two, which is excellent value.

First, a seafood platter for two arrived! 🦐🦪 It was incredibly filling, including shrimp, abalone, oysters, sashimi, scallops, and squid, all incredibly fresh! 🥰

Next, there was the snow crab salad, beautifully presented and bursting with snow crab meat, offering a sweet and savory flavor.

The first main course was carbonara fettuccine, topped with guanciale (Italian pork cheek), a runny egg, and Parmesan cheese, for a rich and mellow flavor.

The second main course was deep-sea white cod. The skin was pan-fried to a crispy finish, while the flesh was tender and juicy. It was paired with Japanese pumpkin, escalopes, asparagus, and red bell pepper Parma ham foam, creating a rich and complex flavor. I particularly loved the escalopes cooked in the sauce, which had a slightly sweet flavor.

Dessert was a Banoffee, filled with banana sauce, chocolate chips, and candied walnuts, topped with a crunchy cookie base. It was sweet yet not cloying, and the perfect end to the meal.
