A Tsim Sha Tsui upstairs izakaya that relies on word of mouth 🏮

Looking for an izakaya that is long and cost-effective, I recommend Mokumoku Yakiton in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The appetizer tomatoes were fresh, with a special sauce, sour and sweet, appetizing and refreshing!
Ordered a glass of plum wine and grapefruit lemon liquor, it turns out that the dinner is offering buy one get one free alcoholic beverages, $65/2 glasses, very cheap!

Fried chicken
The portion is plentiful, the fried batter is slightly thick, but the meat is tender and juicy, plus the homemade mayonnaise, very tasty, great with wine.

Thick-cut platinum pork
Platinum pork from Iwate Prefecture, Japan, is not available in many places out there. The platinum pork has a rich flavor, the ratio of meat to fat is just right, and it melts in your mouth.

Prince Ming is generous
The tofu is fried to a crispy texture, keeping the inside tender, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, plus the salty and tasty mint, which makes people unable to stop eating!

Chicken breast cartilage
The chicken cartilage is grilled until crispy and seasoned just right, not too strong.

Finally, of course, to end with dessert, we recommend grilled sesame dumplings and grilled pineapple. As soon as the former bites open, the sesame filling pours out, and dipped in yellow bean flour adds more Japanese flavor. The grilled pineapple is also roasted until caramelized, and it makes the sugar more concentrated for a sweeter and juicier mouth, a must try!
