Taiwan's Bib Gourmand's recommended hot shop "A-Cheng Goose Meat" has finally come to Hong Kong, landing at Aota Mall in Kowloon Bay! The shop has a strong Taiwanese feel - red and white chandeliers + floral tile floors, it's like traveling to an old shop in Taipei, perfect for taking pictures📸!
Heavy ingredients: All ingredients are shipped directly from Taiwan, perfectly recreating the authentic taste of the original Taiwanese shop! The white stewed goose is refreshing and salty, the meat is just right, not too tough, the original flavor is superb! The liver of stewed goose powder is delicate and tender, melts in your mouth; the intestines of stewed goose egg are bouncy enough, the egg white is bouncy, the egg yolk is fluffy and seasoned enough, with secret pickled cabbage is more refreshing, really great😋!
Leek spicy duck blood slightly spicy appetizer, duck blood smooth and addictive, but also add a bowl of Taiwanese stewed pork rice, happiness burst! 😛
