1⃣️ Bring a filtered showerhead
Since kids need to rinse their mouths, we considered the safety of the water they might ingest. I'm not entirely sure about the water quality on the cruise ship, but I personally felt a slight discomfort in my throat after rinsing. So, I recommend bringing a filtered showerhead 🚿 and faucet filter 🚰 for peace of mind when the kids use them.
2⃣️ American breakfast can be delivered to your room
Kids often wake up late, and by the time they get ready and head to the restaurant, breakfast might be over. You can actually fill out the breakfast order form in your room the night before, select what you want, and hang it on the door before 10 PM. The next morning, breakfast will be delivered to your room—super convenient, especially for families with kids 😋.
3⃣️ No need to bring tissues
Some people say the tissues on the ship are thin, but I think they're fine. There are two boxes of tissues 🧻 in the room, and the bathroom tissues are replenished regularly, so there's no need to bring your own.
4⃣️ Reserve shows and activities as soon as possible
As soon as you board, make reservations for shows and activities. Don't wait until you feel like doing something, as the lines can be long. Popular programs like "Silk Road" and skydiving 🪂 are especially in demand. There are also many small games every day that kids can join, so they'll never feel bored ✌️.
5⃣️ You can bring a stroller!!
When disembarking to explore Korea, there's a lot of walking involved, and kids might frequently complain about being tired and wanting to be carried 😅. Seeing some parents with strollers made me realize how smart that is. You can also use strollers on the ship, which is surprisingly large. Compact, foldable strollers are super convenient!
