Royal Caribbean International recently announced that it will be adding more sailings from Hong Kong during the 2026-27 season, bringing Hong Kong travelers a more diverse and exploratory sea journey!
The Ocean Spectrum, built in 2019, will return to Kai Tak Cruise Terminal at the end of November 2025 for 12 home port voyages for the 2025-26 season. As regional demand continues to rise, the number of sailings for the 2026-27 season will be further increased to 1️⃣6️⃣~
In response to the rising cruise boom, the company plans to deploy two or even three cruise ships in Hong Kong in the future and expand regional route coverage to more Asian destinations.
📍 Overview of season highlights:
✅ Routes cover popular destinations such as Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam;
✅ Launched to some areas where flights are inconvenient to arrive, Hong Kong travelers are less explored, such as autumn Japan routes;
✅ The proportion of international passengers will increase from 25% to 30% in the 2024-25 season, further promoting the internationalization of Hong Kong cruise travel;
✅ In addition to Ocean Spectrum, Ovation of the Seas and Navigator of the Seas will dock in Hong Kong in 2026 and 2027.
With the full recovery of cruise travel, Royal Caribbean is actively strengthening its presence in Hong Kong to make it easy for travelers to set sail and enjoy Asian maritime adventures with more diverse routes and innovative experiences!
