Great Location but Room Cleanliness Needs Improvement

* The location is absolutely fantastic. It is close to the popular Bang La Road and conveniently near various restaurants, bars, beauty treatments, and the beach is right in front of the hotel. The rooftop pool is stunning and offers a 360-degree view. Just two days before we checked out, they added brand new pool beds. * I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had everything I needed, except they used a cedar cheese instead of genuine cheese. * Thanks to Nunny, Book, Nus, and Tim at the blue bar, as well as Ton, Jo, Beam, and Chen from the Engineering team, who went out of their way to retrieve my earring that fell through the swimming pool's wooden floor. Angie and all the restaurant staff were great, and Managers Meaw and Pinky greeted us warmly each day. Truly, all the hotel employees are outstanding. Unfortunately, some guests are ill-mannered, rude, and antisocial. We were disappointed that we couldn't choose a larger room for two people, as all rooms are the same size. The room cleanliness fell short of expectations. I left a tip on the bed every day, hoping for improved service, but while bed sheets and towels were changed, I found hair on the floor, and it was not properly vacuumed, leaving it sandy with tiny papers. The mirrors in both the bedroom and bathroom remained spotty, suggesting a lack of final checks by supervisors. The bathroom walls between the tiles in the shower and under the sink have mold, and the hotel should use anti-mold cleaning agents. I've studied and worked in multiple five-star hotels before, so I notice these details. The hotel boasts great potential, and with a little more attention to detail, it could become fantastic. Many beautiful hotels struggle with overdue maintenance and insufficient attention to detail from the staff striving for perfection.
