I have a feeling this spot is about to blow up in Hong Kong’s brunch scene 🥹 — every dish is named after a city ✈️ and beautifully captures its local flavor. The moment I saw the menu, I was hooked… and my decision-making skills completely failed me 😅

Tender wagyu beef slices soaked in rich sukiyaki sauce 🥩, paired with a perfectly grilled rice ball 🍙 layered with crispy daikon and onion. The plate is finished with a swirl of creamy mayo and an onsen egg 🤤 — a truly top-tier experience.

🍳 Bangkok
A big, juicy slab of sweet-salty marinated pork with silky scrambled eggs on top of sourdough bread. The tangy baked beans balance the richness, and the side salad keeps it fresh ✅ A full and satisfying breakfast!

☕ Miso Caramel Latte
Miso in a coffee drink?! Had to try it! I ordered it less sweet — and wow, it worked. The caramel blends subtly with the umami of miso, surprisingly harmonious and unique!

This place scores 💯 for creativity — a visual and flavorful trip around the world! Every dish feels like opening a surprise box, and so far, not a single miss. Already planning to go back for New York and Fez next time 🤤
