Lane and Alley, I believe friends in Cheung Sha Wan must know this popular Taiwanese restaurant. There are many car dealerships and auto parts stores near the store, which adds a touch of simplicity to the Taiwanese-style store hidden among them.

"Grilled Drunken Chicken Roll with Hsinchu Rice Noodles in Clear Chicken Soup" is a summer limited edition dish. Drunken Chicken Roll is made by wrapping fluffed chicken in tin foil, steaming it first and then freezing it in drunken chicken sauce. It's icy cold with a hint of wine aroma. The chicken is tender and boneless, and the sweet and fresh chicken soup makes it an authentic dish that is both refreshing and delicious in the summer.

The "Crispy Fried Spare Ribs with Rice" is impeccable just by looking at its presentation. The taste is good and the portion is generous, it is a must-order dish every time I visit the store!
"Soy Sauce Okra" is slightly spicy and flavorful, and the portion is quite large for $30! Delicious, tasty and healthy.
