Kaboom, a newly opened bar & lounge in Tsim Sha Tsui, is renowned for its stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The decor features a touch of wood and bamboo, creating a beachfront restaurant feel. They specialize in Southeast Asian fusion cuisine and cocktails, crafted by renowned chefs. They're renowned for their delicious flavors and aromas, and I made a special pilgrimage with friends.

𓈍 KABOOM Sharing Platter $218
A delicious platter for two to three people. It includes chicken wings, skewers, cocktail shrimp, French garlic buns, and more. The Koreeda beans are my favorite, with their spicy seasoning, creating a zesty and refreshing experience.

𓈍 Deep Sea Tacos $118
A must-try! Tacos wrapped with lettuce, shrimp, and salmon roe, paired with a sweet and sour cocktail sauce, create a refreshing, crunchy, and delicious experience. Absolutely delicious!

𓈍 Roasted Spring Chicken w $268
Isn't this roasted chicken huge?! It also came with so many grilled vegetables that we almost couldn't finish it. The chicken was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy.

𓈍 Golden Fried Rice Topped with Grilled Pork Chop and Spiced Tomato Gravy (Makhani) $198
My personal recommendation among the main courses. The golden fried rice is juicy and golden, paired with the spicy tomato gravy—a truly appetizing dish! The tender grilled pork chop and a large piece of grilled cheese are crispy, savory, and delicious—perfect with rice! I highly recommend it!

𓈍 Kaboom $118
Signature cocktail. Despite containing whiskey and Bruler liqueur, it's not overpowering at all. Thanks to the homemade Darjeeling milk tea and vanilla-flavored condensed milk, it has a rich, creamy, and sweet taste. Paired with the beautiful glass, it's a must-try for women.

𓈍 Mandalay $58
In addition to cocktails, the mocktails here are also excellent. For those who don't drink alcohol, order the Mandalay. Served in a coconut cup, it features pineapple juice, lemon juice, ginger soda, and mango puree for a refreshing, sweet and sour experience.

From dusk to night, enjoy the cool breeze while enjoying fine wine and delicious food. Watching the sunset and the Victoria Harbour's nightscape transform is breathtaking.
With such an enjoyable evening, what more could you ask for?
