Rosewood Hotel's new sea view restaurant Bluhouse

Online was fully booked when it opened
I thought I'd walk-in to see if there's a seat during the weekdays and holidays
However, there are walk-in seats and there are quite a few tables for walk-in customers

The environment and decoration are very comfortable. There is a certain distance between tables
More open-air location Now the cool weather is quite good to sit 😊

The menu selection is not much mostly pasta-based

After ordering a meal, we will serve sourdough buns as an appetizer
As I am not so fond of vinegar people think its vinegar and olive oil is very tasty

MARGHERITA
The pizza base here is thick and crispy. I like this pizza more than bayfare social upstairs😍

RIGATONI ALLA CARBONARA
The sauce is rich with coarse tube pasta and the bacon is slightly salty
However, you will feel mushy when you eat half of it

PANZEROTTO NAPOLETANO
Like Japanese cola cakes with potatoes and pasta in them
It feels like taking a spaghetti wrapped in frying powder and going to fry
Not really recommend this 😂 can try others

The overall environment is good and the food is worth trying 👍🏻
